Fairbanks Haven is a stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home in a beautiful, private setting, surrounded by tall pine trees and accommodating up to thirteen guests. A spacious open floor plan and vaulted ceilings combine the best of modern design with the feel of a classic Vermont home. The Home is centrally air-conditioned. Outdoor amenities include Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, a gas grill, a hammock, and sleds for kids in the winter.
In addition to the living room, dining area and chef’s kitchen, the main level features the master king bedroom with large en-suite suite bath and a second en-suite king bedroom. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs. The first is a large en-suite king. The other two share a hall bath and work well for kids. One has two twin beds; the other has a twin over twin bunk and a twin over double bunk. The home has two televisions, a 30" TV in that tucks away in the cabinet in main level living room, and a 50" TV in the upstairs bunk room. The house is perfect for two families.
