Perched atop Willard Road in Quechee, VT, this 1970s house has been lovingly updated with all new bathrooms. The 2 level, 4-bedroom 3 bath home offers all the comforts of a beautiful Vermont vacation home, including a brand new hot tub and sauna. Multiple living spaces for families to hang out. Sunroom with ample seating to enjoy your fall evenings playing games and sipping cocktails. If you need to work remotely, enjoy a standing desk in the primary bedroom.Enjoy ample sunshine through its impressive prow and cozy up next to one of the two large stone gas fireplaces on each level. Unwind in the primary bathroom suite with its luxurious soaker tub or take advantage of amenities like the sauna and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Gather around for family time, fun time, activities and games (including Xbox) - this is your chance to make memories that will last a lifetime! Don't miss out on this stunning private oasis. Stay comfortable during summer and winter with mini splits in bedrooms and living room. As you enter this inviting home, you will be immediately taken by the warmth and cozy atmosphere of the lower level living room with a gas fireplace nestled in the corner. As you make your way upstairs, you will not be disappointed. The thoughtfully arranged open living space is a dream for gathering. The living room and dining room adjoin the cheerful kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and Swiss Madison Farmhouse sink. You will also find the most amazing loft overlooking the living space, the perfect place to curl up with a good book, or listen to a great podcast while being close to buzz of everyone enjoying life below, yet a distinctly private hideaway. The Main level is host to two additional bedrooms, the impressive Primary Bedroom Suite with fully renovated bathroom and storage galore as well as an adorable bedroom with two twin beds, a perfect room for kids or adults alike!
House Notes:
This property can accommodate up to 8 guests. The bed set-up includes, a queen in the primary suite, two twins in the upstairs guest room and a queen each in the two downstairs guests rooms. The garage is home to many activities as well; including a Ping Pong table and life size Connect 4. The garage is also equipped with a Tesla EV charger for your convenience. This home is not pet friendly.

There is something for everyone at The Quechee Club. In the summer months members and renters can enjoy a number of outdoor activities. The Club offers two 18-hole golf courses, Lakeland & Highland, with stunning scenery and conditions. There are tennis courts spread throughout the community with professional tennis lessons and enjoyable competition. Renters can also enjoy the state of the art aquatic center- featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. Likewise, you can venture over to the beach at Lake Pinneo and rent a kayak or canoe. Then head over to The Club to enjoy a cocktail by the pool, a meal on Dewey’s Deck or fine dining at Davidson’s.
In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. You can enjoy our wonderful base lodge and après ski gatherings with activities for the whole family. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. The Club features a full winter recreational calendar including snowshoeing, x-country skiing, sledding, and much more! Outside of our seasonal offerings, there is so much more at Quechee. The Club offers a modern fitness center with daily fitness classes and top-notch equipment. Hiking trails are spread throughout the community woods. Quechee is home to a number of special events and wonderful dining experiences. Don’t miss out.
