Quechee Lakes Rentals is the longest running rental agency in town - and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be the newest owners of this agency. As local Woodstock residents, we are so excited to share our passion for Quechee and the surrounding area with you. Our philosophy is simple: provide exceptional vacations for our guests and give owners the attention to detail their homes deserve.

Brett & Marianne have worked in various real estate businesses for the past 14 years. Their experience as vacation rental homeowners has informed their property management philosophy: to give owners the attention to detail they deserve and to provide guests with unforgettable experiences.

Phill and his family have been avid vacation rental guests for many years. He’s excited to put his personal experience to work for Quechee Lakes Rentals, providing owners with personalized full-service vacation rental management.
